Why are you so cheap?

 

We provide excellent value because we know our customers love this along with great service. We're able to offer low prices due to the fact we do not spend much money on advertising, unlike many other online retail stores. This allows us to spend money on getting more products at great savings which we can pass onto you, the customer, every time. 

 

I've placed an order by mistake, how can I cancel?

 

If you place an order by mistake and do not want to receive it, please email speedysupport@speedygifts.co.uk as soon as possible including your full name and order number. If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and process a refund (this could take 3-7 working days to get back to you). However, please do not delay, at SpeedyGifts, we're Speedy. This means we dispatch orders as soon as we can. If you contact us after a product has been dispatched, you'll need to wait to receive the order then return it to us.

 

Where do you deliver to?

 

Currently, SpeedyGifts is a United Kingdom based company and therefore we provide the best service to our customers within the UK. Prices to ship outside the UK are much higher than within, that's why we do not promote worldwide delivery If you live outside the UK and would like to order something, please send an email to speedysupport@speedygifts.co.uk and we'll see what kind of price we can get for you. 

 

Why don't you have many products?

 

Although we do not have a lot of products, we believe having different ranges, from Stranger Things and PlayStation products to Magpie and Soiree offers a great selection for our customers at this current point in time. We may add more products in the future. 

 

Can you gift wrap an item for me?

 

Of course! Once you've added your items to the check out page, press "add" under the gift wrapping option under the product.
