My name is George North, from Newbury. I started SpeedyGifts in 2017 when I was 17 years old with the goal of providing an outstanding online shopping experience for all of my customers.

How was I going to do this?

After several months of planning, these were the results:

  • A BIG Range of products for everyone (I'm adding more all the time!)
  • Amazing Prices (nobody likes spending more than they have to, I don't!)
  • Free Next Day Delivery in my local area - let's face it, we all like getting things quickly!
  • Cheapest delivery I can possibly do for nationwide deliveries. Due to high delivery charges via 3rd party delivery companies, I cannot send parcels nationwide for free unless I made our prices higher which I don't want to do. Therefore, I have to charge a little to send deliveries outside of my local area, the charge is only £2.99, though. I will try and make this cheaper in the future as we grow!
  • Awesome Return Policy - You have a full 30 days to return any product if you change your mind, as long as it's unopened and in the same condition as we sold it to you.
  • Friendly, Speedy Customer Care. I didn't used to like emails. I thought they were slow and boring. So I changed that, you'll get a quick reply with SpeedyGifts! Shoot an email to speedysupport@speedygifts.co.uk and I'll get back to you really quick :)

Because I started SpeedyGifts in my own time and with my own money, I'm very passionate about ensuring every customer who buys from my store is a happy one.

I do my very best to ensure each and every order goes as expected, however, if you're ever unhappy with the product or service you receive, I'll do my best to put a smile back on your face!
